We initially had received a verbal estimate from them. When it came time for the work to be done, we called to obtain a formal estimate. After two unreturned phone calls (each a week apart), we visited their office and were told that we would be contacted to set up an appointment. This happened over a week later. When we finally did receive the estimate, the letter stated that it was quite a bit higher than the verbal estimate because there was additional work required that was not told to them at the time of the verbal estimate. This was not true. ($2,700.00)

Speedy, On-time, They did a great job. I called them at 7:30 in the morning, and they were at my doorstep by 8:00 AM, completed the work by 8:30 AM and I was at work by 9:30. Excellent work.
