Kurt Stammer, the owner of Curb Envy promptly returned my call & scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He arrived on time, and brought with him a truck bed full of actual product samples, as well as a large photo book and color samples. He explained the product, the process and our options in detail. He provided an estimate on the spot and was very knowledgable and friendly.
Later, when additional questions arose, he responded promptly to our e-mails for additional information, as well as references. He provided several locations, including some that had been installed for some tim,, allowing us to see older installations and how they "weather".
He also returned for a second appointment to again review our options, includeing style, pattern and color and to pick up our deposit check. He estimated a time that they might be able to do the work, weather dependent. He e-mailed the night before to let us know that he & his crew would be arriving the next AM.
Our price was completely inclusive of all the "extras", including color, sealer, pattern, support cable, etc. They arrived promptly the next morning and got right to work removing our existing edging & rocks and using the sod cutter to clear a path for the new curbing. The install was extremely fast and they were 100% done within 5 hours. Their estimate was "right on", allowing for the 5 extra lineal feet, as a result of some minor adjustments.
He provided a full "customer care" sheet, that covered the most asked questions, as well as verbal instructions on how long before we could start mowing the lawn, etc.
Overall, Kurt & Curb Envy were prompt, professional & their product is excellent. They are very easy to work with & the product is an excellent solution to uneven and "hilly" property, where traditional landscape blocks just don't work as well. We are enjoying the great new look to our home and the complements of our friends & neighbors. Their product has greatly improved the apprearance of our yard / property.
