+ -1 moreTHE OWNER HAD MY OFFICE AND CELL PHONE NUMBERS, AND CUSTOM PRINTED MAPS TO THE LOT SITE. THERE WAS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT APPEARING. I WOULD ACCEPT NEARLY ANY EXCUSE FOR NOT SHOWING UP, BUT NO EXCUSE AT ALL OR PHONE CALL IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.
Description of Work: BUSINESS OWNER MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO CUT DOWN TREES ON MY PROPERTY, BUT DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL TO RESCHEDULE.
