Description of Work: Dealer was replacing a 90 day trial on a Tempurpedic twin set (2 = King) we bought from another dealer. The first dealer lived up to the trial period and we chose to change to a different brand (Serta). Dealer showed us the differences (they carried Tempupedic as well, and recommended this alternative. Gave us lots us time on the mattresses as we chose a soft and a firm model. Very helpful, professional and no hard sell. Scheduled delivery, set-up and everything was punctual.
