Brian Niemi Construction was subcontracted by Johnson Construction (who did the garage construction for me - see my review in that classification) to do the concrete work. Brian was on time with every appointment, made recommendations (explaining why he was making them) and every estimate of daily start and end times was within 15 minutes of the actual.
With Brian Niemi Construction, there were no "don'ts" for me.
I suggest you "do" find a place to watch the crew's wonderfully efficient work. They are just amazing!
