Auto Body Work
Although they did a good work, they quoted one price and then it came in three times as high. There was a mess going on. I feel really bad about it because they didn't put it in writing. It was verbal. All of it is a big mess. All of it shouldn't happen. As it turned out, I haven't had my truck for months. I had a friend take the verbal quote. They claimed that the problem that they had to fix was the problem they made. There's this discrepancy where whether or not the truck had these problems before. There's that issues as well. There's some cheating that's going on. I don't want to have to deal with these people. They're very unprofessional. They should have put in writing if there was a problem that was beyond it. Even the door fixer sucks. The door latch wasn't closing and it's hard to open. It ended with all kinds of work done. They quoted verbally at $900 initially and it came in at $2300. That's a big job. They did a good work but they weren't just good about communicating to me what they're going to be doing.
