 + -1 moreForgot some trim on cabinets floor grout is cracked and lifted has grout on woodwork all needs to be removed and replaced with caulk left with cemented transition strips or none 2 chipped tiles and a major f.... up by raised living room 3 lights in foyer do not fit tightly to say the least demands payment in full prior to fixing PUNCH ITEM then never returns on your terms $3000 over estimate yes did a few extras but not for 3200 removed molding some broken Very slow took 7 weeks to remove and replace 400 square feet flooring plus cabinets and lights and still not complete update tiles are now loose
Description of Work: Remove tile replace install new remove old cabinets install new upgrades to lights install new toilet
