About us

All onsite jobs require a site survey. Signed contracts are required for all onsite installations and web site development. Customers must sign detailed computer repair drop off work order requests. Customers have 30 days from the time of notification of completion to pickup repaired units or the units will be sold for the cost of the repairs as stated on the drop off documentation. We give Military Active Duty/Veterans/Seniors/Disabled discounts (Make sure you ask for these and provide proper verification. Ask for Details)

Tim was very prompt and his professionalism was exemplary. When he was done with my computer, he was unable to reach me by telephone because of an issue I was having with my Alltel service so he went out of his way to find another way to reach me. He then, on his own, acted as an intermediary between me and Alltel to resolve the long-standing problem I'd been having. His gracious assistance directly contributed to the resolution of the problem. My printer and computer worked perfectly after his service.
