The service tech came within an hour, diagnosed the problem and did what he thought would resolve the problem. By day 2 the inside of the fridge failed to cool down to the recommended 38 degrees. As "Don", the service tech recommended, I called Charlie's again. He was in the area and came right over. Again we took took the fridge apart, he added an element that would conduct "heat" further down into the area causing the issue. Because I wanted to see how long this fix would last, I've waited several months to review. I am very pleased to report no issues!
