Slow to return estimate. Hired another contractor in meantime. Had several ideas for project design and returned twice; once with a carpenter to determine whether,or not, some of his ideas were logistically possible. Unfortunately, his ideas were contrary to what we told him we wanted.

The owner came over and did the estimate him self, he took a down payment, then about three to four months later they were able to put the windows in. A litlle bit of a wait, but the windows were put in with quality.
