All in all looks ok. I am not happy with the overall. I wish he would come back and fix things. When money was owed to him and during job he responded very quickly, but now that he has been paid he does not return calls or texts. When I Di get him to respond it is short answers. Would not recommend.

"Customer short payed on bill. Part of the contract was was straight forward. The addendum was agreed upon hours of work done per verbal agreement. Customer was deceptive and stated she would not pay on the agreed upon terms. I was not happy."

Rick and his team did an amazing job! They started with a blank slate in an unfinished basement, laid out the space and built an office from the ground up. The space is perfect and top quality. Everything from studs, drywall, flooring, ceiling tiles, etc...they did it all and at a competitive price. I already have plans to use Rick and his team again! Highly recommended.

The entire process went very smoothly. The person we worked with was Jack Curtis, who owns CC&W Services. I got 2 bids and he was the lowest and did more work than the other co. would have done. He put in a window for us that was not included in the estimate for no charge. The garage door installation was a little tricky and he worked on it until it completely worked, which took some time. He went above and beyond our expectations. His price was also more than fair. Overall, it was a very good experience working with him.

The contractor handled all of the permit filing and dealing with the inspector. The deck expansion as well as the staircase that was added is just beautiful and looks like it has been there since the house was built. We are having them back in the Spring of 2013 to power wash and stain the entire project.

The entire project went ABSOLUTELY SMOOTHLY!!!!!l Rick (the contractor) handled all the plans, surveys, permits, and worked as the general manager of the entire project. Project was completed in the time frame we had discussed. The quality is outstanding! Precise, excellent craftsmanship, punctual, extremely reasonably priced.....

We are SO VERY happy with the craftsmanship that we are already obtaining a new estimate for the next project:)
