+ 3 moreAll in all looks ok. I am not happy with the overall. I wish he would come back and fix things. When money was owed to him and during job he responded very quickly, but now that he has been paid he does not return calls or texts. When I Di get him to respond it is short answers. Would not recommend.
Description of Work: Replaced deck railings and spindles. He did as I asked , but at finish of job we both agreed things needed to be fixed. Having a hard time getting him back to fix it. He guarantee the work for 2 years but has not come back. He did design and build an outdoor kitchen which looks great . His job hours worked did not match mine his were many more and I approached him about this and he got upset with me. The contract did not say pay EACH worker a hourly rate. It said a hourly rate. In the end he wanted me to pay each worker. He also expected me to pay for gas back and forth to the job. I have never been asked for gas . I also asked for receipts on Y to find he added personal items on the bill along with tools he needed. That was not in the contract.

+ 3 moreRick and his team did an amazing job! They started with a blank slate in an unfinished basement, laid out the space and built an office from the ground up. The space is perfect and top quality. Everything from studs, drywall, flooring, ceiling tiles, etc...they did it all and at a competitive price. I already have plans to use Rick and his team again! Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Built a home office approx. 15' x 16'.

+ 4 moreThe entire process went very smoothly. The person we worked with was Jack Curtis, who owns CC&W Services. I got 2 bids and he was the lowest and did more work than the other co. would have done. He put in a window for us that was not included in the estimate for no charge. The garage door installation was a little tricky and he worked on it until it completely worked, which took some time. He went above and beyond our expectations. His price was also more than fair. Overall, it was a very good experience working with him.
Description of Work: He replaced the garage doors and rebuilt the front support of garage including support beams, replaced gutters and siding. He also installed a window for us. He disposed of all materials when job was complete.

+ 1 moreThe contractor handled all of the permit filing and dealing with the inspector. The deck expansion as well as the staircase that was added is just beautiful and looks like it has been there since the house was built. We are having them back in the Spring of 2013 to power wash and stain the entire project.
Description of Work: Tore off existing deck and did a deck expansion of approx. 2 1/2 times the size of the original deck, and added a new staircase as well.

Project was completed in the time frame we had discussed. The quality is outstanding! Precise, excellent craftsmanship, punctual, extremely reasonably priced..... We are SO VERY happy with the craftsmanship that we are already obtaining a new estimate for the next project:) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR
Description of Work: New 16x14 shed, with concrete flooring, gutters with covers, downspouts, siding, roof, and roll up garage door. All done with careful color selection to match our home.
