We have had all of our animals with her. Her price is probably higher than other people, but I'd say the care is better. I've been using her for 20 years.

The staff is incredibly friendly.  They love seeing the animals that come in.  They treat everybody like they are part of the family.  They always wanted to know how the pets are doing at home and really wanted to know the background of the animal and owner before they go in and try to find the best treatment option possible for them.

They are very friendly and attentive to the pets needs. They have great doctors. They figure out problems and pay attention to details.

I have visited both locations and the front desk staff has been very friendly and professional over the phone and In person

I like a warm and fuzzy bedside manner when I bring my pets in and I just didn't receive it from the new vet on my first visit and from the vet tech (Danielle) on my second visit at Kenosha location. They are also pricey.

But, they did provide medical service to satisfaction and I would go back if I was not able get appt with another facility. This just isn't the place for me and my pets. I want better customer service and warmth and compassion show to my pets.

The staff there was very professional and very gentle. They took time to play with him and let him get used to the place before they did anything to him. This was the first Collie we have brought into our family and they were very informative about the breed which was a big help. We have recommended them to many of our friends and neighbors. Our friends recommended them to us and we are very pleased that they did. We are very satisfied with the service they provided.

I've been taking my exotic pets to Dr. Kelly for about 2 years now, a turtle, rabbits and hamster. My rabbit recently was not looking very well so i decided to bring her in. I knew the prognosis was probably not going to be good, Dr. Kelly looked at her and let me no it was probably going to be bad. She was very compassionate about it, she let me know exactly how much an x-ray would cost and there were no surprises when i went to pay my bill. There isn't much more one could ask for in a vet besides compassion and honesty and that is exactly what she gave me along with being knowledgeable about rabbits(many vets are not and they do not tell you.) I highly recommend Regner Veterinary Clinic whether one has exotic pets or dogs and cats, they have affordable prices and knowledgeable staff.

I have been bringing my pets to Regner Vet clinic for the past 4 years. Everyone there treats your pet as if he/she is a star. I would trust any one of the vets there, but prefer Dr. Regner for her beside manner. Dr. Letsom is great if you want someone to tell you directly what the deal is. She does not sugar coat things. When we wanted to hear the hard truth about our dog, we made sure to ask for her. Their exams are extremely thorough and the entire staff is knowledgeable. Especially with the second location being opened now, I would recommend them to anyone. If you have an emergency, you are given Dr. Regner's personal cell number to call up to 9:00pm. It was an unfortunate incident, but she even helped us beyond the 9:00 time limit. She saved the life of our dog, not to mention without ever receiving a single penny. She has my business as long as we have pets.

Very good. They always take good care of our pet, who is like one of my children. :)
