Despite being based near Kenosha he was very responsive to my East Side Milwaukee home. He baited the traps and I would call when there was a squirrel, he would absolutely be there the next day but often within a couple hours of a call. It's now the next year, we've repaired the soffit and have had no issues with squirrels coming back. Previously, just ensuring the squirrels were out and closing their entrances didn't work as they would chew through wood and hardware cloth to return, no more!

So far so good , I went out today (sat) and I don't see any hornets flying around .
Brian gave me good tips for cooling the bedroom and vacuum up remaining hornets inside.
All in all the price was good considering he gave me a written 90 day guarantee and will come back for no charge.
So far I have no complaints.

One person came out and was here for an hour for the first visit and there was a 30 minute follow up visit.  The mouse is gone.  He was timely and seemed knowledgeable.  I'd recommend them to a friend or family member.

Brian was very professional and had very quick turnaround.  I called on a Sunday and he answered the phone, and was in Monday spraying.  I expected to have to leave a message and get a call back.  I called several other companies and either they were slow to return the phone call or not competitively priced.  He explains very clearly the warranty of 3 months and stresses that I should call if the ants are in the house again and in some rare occasions he may need to respray free of charge.  We tried the hardware store options and nothing was working so we turned to him and would highly recommend.

took along time to finally get rid of them and had to get rid of most of our furniture but its done.
