Took old gutters down & carted away, no charge. Installed new seamless gutters on front & back of house. All done in one afternoon.

There was a "soft" spot on the roof where the wood under the old shingles was rotten. That was to be replaced with new plywood. Also, three air vents (pods) were to be removed and replaced with plywood to cover those openings. And then the roof was to be shingled and a ridge vent was to be placed about 35 feet along the peak of the roof instead of air pods.
I watched the crew while they worked and noticed they did not replace the rotted plywood, nor place any plywood over the holes where the pods had been! I asked them about that, and they said they had already done it. If someone had stepped on the places where the pods had been, their foot would have gone into the attic. And they only made the ridge vent 20 feet long.
The boss questioned the crew who denied not installing any plywood. Eventually the boss came, got on the roof and looked for himself. He then sent out a different crew a few days later who then tore up the shingles and corrected the holes with plywood and also extended the ridge vent to about 25 feet (still not 35 feet).
The third time that a crew came, they finally extended the ridge vent to 35 feet.
A customer shouldn't have to watch the work being performed to make sure it is done properly! And it shouldn't take them three times to get it right.
(Also, I later found out from a friend that had to get on my roof to adjust my satellite dish, that the flashing around the furnace's air vent had not been nailed down.)

LIKE A FART IN A MITTEN IT WAS A REALLY BAD TIME AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

We did not have any issues and it was fine. They had it done in about a day.
