Cutting edge forestry

I needed some dead ash trees that were on my neighbors fence line cut in half, as dead tops were hanging over my fenced in dog yard. Also needed a locust tree limb cut back, pine limb cut back, & very large 60-80 foot ash cut down, leaving stump. They were paid in cash. 1/2 down, half when job was finished. They told me a time of 8 am on a Tuesday. Didn't show up till after 2 pm. 6 hours late. I had to call once, & text once, to see when they were coming. 1st said 8, then 11 or 12, then 2. No notice or anything of why they were late. Agreement was they'd take large wood pieces, & leave me half of my wood cut down 4 fireplace. They kept over 85%. I didn't even get barely 2 wheelbarrows full. They refused to remove tree debris by neighbors property line. I now have to hire another contractor to finish what they didn't do. My yard has huge ruts from where they let large branches fall, & is completely dug up. Then, when they were supposed to finish job that Wednesday, they arrived 45 minutes late, as I was leaving 4 work. By that time, I was already calling another tree service. When it came down to final payment, he acted like I was over $400 short. I said" my sister counted this 1ce, me 2ce. Let me count it again", & I started 2 fan out/count the cash. Then he acted like it was all there except $5, "i can let that go," he said. Beware! Extremely unprofessional!
