Kelly (owner) has been cleaning our carpet since '02, twice per year. I've found all of Kelly's employees to be equally conscientious.

We've had Wisconsin Power Steam coming to clean our carpets since '03,
about twice a year. We recently joined Angie's List and found WPS with
no reviews, so I thought I'd write one. Honest, prompt, does a great
job. We have pets, one dog, 2 cats and one of the cats is in poor
health, so you can imagine some of the problems involved.... When WPS
leaves, it looks and smells like new. He's also suggested many options
for helping to keep our carpets clean at very little cost with products
we already have in our home, and you probably do as well. Oddly
enough, they work. He's also encouraged us to contact him with any
"stain emergencies", so he's available as well, and very informative
regarding carpet materials, strengths and weaknesses, as well as the
cleaning solutions he chooses to use.
So, there you have it, a happy repeat customer.
