Very well. We started with meetings with Janell, the architect, who is a class act from start to finish.  She visited our home, listened to our needs, and spend a very long time in the basement area assessing the situation.  When she came up from the basement we were amazed that she had such wonderful ideas. She actually listened to us!!!  In the next few weeks or so, she had developed a wonderful plan of action.
The Project manager, Brian, was equally professional.  Throughout the project every detail was quality.
My biggest disappointment was the time management.  The original start date was April 1.  No workers.  Essentially thinks did get started later that month.  I found out the egress windows were not ordered in a timely manner.  But the work was great. 
The work from start to finish was wonderful and exciting. From the framing to the plumbing to the painting, electrical ,etc. the workers were fabulous. Not one complaint about the work.  But again, I had days when nobody came, or one person came for an hour.  I admit that was frustrating.
We were told everything would be finished in 2 months.  Total work was that, but they worked well into July almost to August.  I was ready for completion!!!
But I'd do it all over again.  The work is fabulous. Very pleased! Thank you!
By the way, the construction is Stone and Bannister, Trustway is the lead company.  They also built this home 10 yrs earlier. When we bought this home last year, the inspector was very complimentary of the construction.
