I called based on a referral from a friend. I called twice for info and Brad one of the owners answered himself and asked questions. When I decided to go ahead with the service he came out that day to install. My dad was resistive to getting the service and Brad was good with talking with Dad and explaining how the system worked. At the end of the install he took some time at the kitchen table just to talk to Dad which I appreciated. He tested it from all areas of the house. The call center is in Florida which I guess doesn't matter as long as someone responds when needed. I liked that they would call a list of our numbers first before calling 911. Some systems just call emergency. Cost was $50 for install and $34.95, paying three months upfront. Then it's month to month. The equipment must be returned when you are done with the service. He was about a half hour late to install, but called to let me know, and he did come out the day I called.
