We were very pleased with their service. They offered same day delivery and the product looks great. The driver was very courteous and friendly. He even gave our kids lollipops. Price for the wood chips was average and there was a delivery fee of $70 given the distance required to travel. However, we saw this as worth it given their ability to provide same day delivery.

I stopped by the ProBark location to round up some samples of different colors. The employees were very helpful in answering questions I had and directing me to materials I asked about. They offered samples before I even asked. They had very large amounts of every color in stock and ready to go. I left with my samples and decided on the Hemlock after reviewing at home. This mulch is more expensive than most others, but we liked the color and it is supposed to be insect resistant. When I was leaving I asked about a Saturday delivery (it was Wed evening at this point). They suggested that I order on Thursday for ensure I would be able to get it delivered on Saturday as that is a very busy day for deliveries. We called Thursday in the morning and asked if it would be possible to have it dropped off either that day, Friday, or if we had to wait until Saturday. It didn't matter, we just thought that weekdays may be less busy than the weekend. The lady on the phone told us it would be no problem to deliver it Thursday. Same day service ! They dropped the mulch off exactly where we asked them to and it looks really nice. Their prices were very comparable to other mulch companies. They all seem to be within a few dollars of each other. I think the ProBark material looked a bit nicer though. We are very happy. Steve did a great job answering all of our questions.

Great. I ordered over the phone, they delivered it to the driveway in the location I wanted on the day I wanted, and the chips were just what I was looking for. Price was average, but delivery free with that quantity.

WE HAVE GOTTEN MULCH FROM PRO BARK SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY ALWAYS DELIVER QUALITY MULCH THAT LOOKS GREAT IN AND AROUND OUR FLOWER BEDS AND TREES. IT ALSO HAS A DISPLAY OF THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF MULCH.
