We made the design ourselves on the computer and took it to them. Checked out the cabinets and they were reasonable. So we ordered the cabinets from them. We got it on time and they delivered it on time. Everything was fine.

Door Service
We purchased a French door for do-it-yourself installation. The door arrived in all of the protective packaging (cardboard, styrofoam, plastic), but we noticed several horizontal scratches and dings on the interior wood of the door after the packaging was removed. Our guess is that several of these items were stacked vertically at the store, and our door bore the brunt of the weight from several other doors. Although we could have returned it and waited several weeks for a replacement, the people assisting us in the installation were already on-site. We installed the door as scheduled, but we do not plan to purchase such items from this store again.
