WE SIGNED A CONTRACT AND GAVE HIM THE MONEY. UNTIL WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND HE GOT HIS DEPOSIT HE CAME ACROSS AS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST PERSON. AFTER THAT, HE WAS UNRELIABLE AND DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD. EVERYTHING TOOK LONGER; HE WAS NOT UPDATING ME AS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. IT WAS NO LONGER A GOOD EXPERIENCE. HE TOOK THE MONEY ON AUG 3. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO PAINT THE LAST OF SEPT OR FIRST OF OCT AND THEN ONCE HE GOT THE MONEY HE SAID HE MIGHT NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO DO IT THIS YEAR. AT FIRST HE WOULDNT GIVE US THE DEPOSIT AND THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION. HE EVENTUALLY RETURNED THE DEPOSIT AFTER WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE HIM TO COURT. AS A RESULT, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THE PAINTING DONE THIS YEAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GIVING A LARGE DEPOSIT SEVERAL MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME. HE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. IT WAS FRUSTRATING AND I FELT CHEATED, BECAUSE I GOT ALL OF HIS REFERENCES AND DID MY HOMEWORK AND IT DIDNT TURN OUT AT ALL.

SUPER-NICE GUYS, BUT DID NOT DO NEARLY ENOUGH PREP WORK, COULD NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, WERE OBVIOUSLY IN A GREAT HURRY TO FINISH AND HAD A MILLION EXCUSES UP THEIR SLEEVES FOR SHODDY WORK.
