Aweful. Work performed was disgusting. At first things were ok. Soffet went on and looked good. Then the aluminun wrapping issues started. First, the aluminun wrap they started with was not the type we had picked out. WE had to bring it up, the site manager had no idea. Then he actually asked us, "Well, do you want to have us redo it.." After this, equipment sat in my driveway for close to a month. No contact or explination. Eventually I got a story about how the weather had been impacting them...okay...well if you aren't going to work on my house, get your equipment out if my driveway that prevented me from using my own garage. Truth comes out after weeks of trying that they sub contracted the work. That's fine, but then the project manager never even bothered to check on the work. Talking with the company owner and requesting I work with a different project manager after all the issues, she had no idea of any of the problems. Wish I could post pictures of what it looked like prior to me initially cleaning my yard. Didn't occur to me to take pictures until after I started to clean. They left pieces of the old caulk literred all about the landscape and my yard for my dogs to choke on. I found empty tubes of caulk in my yard and bushes. They also shattered one of my window well covers and never replaced it until i called to complain. Even then, they just left the old broken one sitting on my neighbors yard. The eventual work completed besides the soffit work is aweful. The wrapping is popping off in places (under 2 years old). The caulk on the second level was rushed and in some places not even covering the seam. The first floor stuff looks gooped on and rushed. Stay far away from this company.
