CHERI NAILS

HORRIBLE Experience!  I took 2 of my teenage daughters to the Cheri Nails in Pewaukee.  We called ahead and they said they were not busy...when we got there she said a 10 minute wait, so we waited nearly 45 minutes.  At that time I decided not to get a service done since we were on a time schedule.  My oldest daughter wanted her toes done....Lee rushed to paint, didn't file or trim and then smudged the flower on her big toe.  When ask to fix, she said it was my daughters fault and just put a blob of white on the flower petal to cover the mistake.  My youngest daughter had her nails painted with gel.....Lee did not take all of the existing nail polish off and also left a big smudge on one nail....needless to say both daughters took off the polish upon returning home.  With 3 teens we get our nails done regularly....I HAVE NEVER been to such an unprofessional, rude establishment.  Plus, she refused to give me a copy of my receipt........unreal.
