Called tom on Sunday told him my water heater was not working, if he could come look at it. He said he had visitors from out of town but he would call me on monday, never did. I called him today Tuesday around 2:00 he said that if someone would be home he would stop by. It is now 8:30 pm he never showed up, I called at like 8:15 and he said that he doesn't have time, if he could come tomorrow. ( I already sat home for 2 days waiting). I told him I had errands to do and would not be around. He said that he hasn't even made it home yet. That's fine but you could call me and tell me you weren't going to able to make it. Yesterday no phone call today no phone call I feel like I'm being blown off. He then stated that I need to find someone else to do the work. I said that's fine but he could have told me that three days ago. Now it will be 4 days without hot water. Also in December when we moved here I called him because he winterized our house, so we wanted him to de-winterized it for us. Called him 6 times before he finally came and did it. The only reason I ever gave him a chance is he is supposed to be our maintenance man for our association. our house. So I wanted him to dw winterized

I had no power to the garage. I had flipped all the breakers and nothing happened. Tom found a bad breaker and replaced it.
