Tom took on the job of constructing stairs on a steep hillside. Other contractors turned down the job but Tom took on the challenge and completed the project on time and within budget. We are very happy with the finished result and look forward to working with Tom on future projects. Keith W.

We had our addition built 8 years ago and were very happy with the work. Today we had an electrical problem and called Tom who came right out and fixed the problem although it had nothing to do with his previous work on our house. It was a pleasure to see him again and we appreciate his excellent customer service!

Exceptional Job done with a custom window replacement! Window was installed beautifully in less than two days and the room was left immaculate...complete with curtains and shade rehung and carpet vacuumed. Tom was professional and we felt very comfortable with him in our home.

Did a good job

Tom was great. We had him put in a cat door and make a small repair to our deck. We had a window that a home inspector said needed to repair, but Tom did not think so, and he even said, *I do not like to fix things that do not need fixing*. His work was great, the pricing was quite fair, and he is very friendly.

Tom was prompt, professional, informative, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to take care of several house repairs I needed done. He even helped fix a few things we had not previously talked about. I am already working on another list for Tom of things I need taken care of. I would highly recommend him.

Tom converted our summer one room log cabin into a year round home, very very good, and finished in a timely basis. We are very very pleased. Tom's craftsmanship and skill level in the remodel of our summer home was excellent. He's a perfectionist at heart and it shows in his work. He's timely and took our job seriously, never leaving the job sight until the job was done completely. Tom also coordinated all the other contractors such as concrete, grading and septic. He made a "silk purse out of sos's ear."

The quality of the work was really good with a few minor exceptions. Overall, I am happy with the project results.

Tom was attentive and co-operative. There was a few problems with our end of the progect, but Tom was patient and professiomal. Everything was to our liking.

Tom was in constant contact with me to get things started. I can't say enough good about his workmanship and work ethics.

We are incredibly happy with our new garage. Our neighbors are all jealous! We don't like in the area, so it was important to find a contractor that we could trust. Tom did an excellent job. He took care of everything and stayed in communication with us as the project moved along. The craftsmanship is excellent. We will definitely use T&S for any future projects!

I would say that they did good work, it was timely. It was raining but they were here working. I was very satisfied with their work.
