It went great, it was a stupid problem that I shouldn't have had to call a repair person for but the guys were great and since they were already there they did a few other things!

The re-connection was fine, though there was a communication error in billing. We never received a bill for services, and since there were other things going on we forgot about it. Several months later we received a notice from a collections agency. I called Mark and he straightened it out right away. HVAC work is never cheap, so it's hard to say whether he has good prices or not.

Mark Webber was very prompt in dealing with us. He was fair with the rate that he charged. He certainly cared about making sure that I was pleased.

The furnace went out the evening before and my property manager called Black Haak Heating to come out and repair it. They did and charged $695...$503 for the igniter and $150 for the service call. This seemed outrageous so the next morning I called around and got other quotes. All were MUCH lower. I called Black Haak Heating and complained. They offered to remove their igniter and give a full refund. They waited until 6:00 pm to get back to me. But I took them up an their offer and their service man was there in 20 minutes to take it out. I called Mark Weber and he came out immediately and installed a new igniter. He charged $89 plus a $135 after hours service call. He could not believe Black Haak's charges. He says he buys igniters by the case and they cost him $40 apiece...brand new, not used.
