Claimed they could fix the steering problem cheaper by replacing the steering pump switch. Said he had to order the part. I called after nearly a month of not hearing anything. They replaced the switch and claimed that did not fix the issue and had to order a steering pump which is what I told them the problem was. Claimed to have to order the part. They charged me for the switch and never heard from them again about the pump. They also serviced my other car and left one of the tanks empty after flushing it.

I had been taking my vehicles here for years. Now I would rather go to a dealership garage than this place.

I once had a problem with Toyota corolla's alternator. Tires Plus said that they would fix it for $500 dollars. In the meantime, I got another quote from another Auto service shop which was almost $150 dollars less. Tires Plus a rip off.
Besides this, whenever I got a quote from Tires Plus for changing all four tires on my cars, they are invariably around $100 or $150 more then the next guy.

I have had a very good experience with them. They provided good service. They were quick and on time. Their prices are excellent as well.

I can usually get in a at reasonable time. They are very cordial.

I have been a customer of theirs for about ten years. They are very reliable, they do quality work, and they don't try to get you to buy more than you need.
