Paid attention to all the little details, wanted to make sure they did something that was professional and would last forever.  Came in absolutely on budget, even though it took more time/work due to a few small changes we made mid-stream.  He was very flexible in working within our limited budget and gave us lots of choices/options.  Had to re-position the steps a few times to make sure they were rock-solid steady and absolutely level, and not subject to erosion, since this back yard work was done on a small hill.  I'd use them again in a heartbeat.  Very clear in letting us know what they would do, then did it.  We got exactly what they said, and what we wanted.
