These guys know their stuff, no question about that. Having someone there with experience in fitting helmets and gear is great, and makes for confident purchases. The used motorcycle I bought from them was in excellent shape. They will haggle with you if you want and there prices seem t have a lot of wiggle room in them.
The only real problem I have is how pushy the staff is. They don't just suggest things, they hit you with a hard sell every time. Each time I go in, I have a guy immediately trying to sell me a brand new motorcycle. It's easy enough to say no, but I would rather be left alone. Often, I will come in looking for gear I need and will be assaulted with recommendations for something much more expensive. When I finally decide on something I will be pushed to buy every possible accessory available.
When I bought my second helmet I got a tinted visor and a clear one for night and day. I was offered a visor bag, and declined. I explained that I usually keep my spare in the helmet bag and she told me that it would scratch my shield. Really? Why would I put my helmet in it then? It's an obvious lie to get me to buy something I didn't want. This is usually how it goes. and quot; How long have you had your motorcycle? Sounds like it's time to trade in, that's the average time someone keeps a bike before trading in.and quot; I've heard that every time I've been there for the last 4 years.
Ultimately I've been going to other places for my needs, but I will reluctantly come back if I have to.
