 + -1 moreTheir prices are reasonable. I needed something done and he came immediately. He was jolly on the spot. It was a very hot day and these guys were great through the heat and got the job done efficiently and quickly.
Description of Work: I used the landscaping service of Soper Landscaping. They put stones along our yard.

 + 0 moreThey gave us one estimate, and charged us four times the amount that they had quoted. We were not happy with them. They replaced the three trees last week, when they should have replaced them in October. It was a long time to wait, and we started calling them in April, asking them when they were coming back to replace those trees. They first promised to do it by the middle of May, then by the end of May, and he was here just last Friday. We had told them that $10, 000 was the maximum we wanted to spend, and he just kept going, not saying what it was going to cost. We kept on asking him if it was going to be within our budget, and he kept on saying that it would. At the end, he billed us $40,000, and we almost had a heart attack. We couldn’t figure out any way not to pay, so we paid him. His professionalism was very poor because he could not live up to his quote.
Description of Work: We used Soper Landscaping to do some landscaping, take out a lot of our trees, and to replace three trees that had died.

Description of Work: Twice I attempted to get an estimate on landscape/excavating services. The first time I didn't get the call back from the guy in the field until after business hours. Second time, after speaking with the receptionist, the guy in the field called back and said he would be over in about an hour or hour and a half. That was at 11:30am. At approximately 5:15pm I called back, told the receptionist the guy never showed up. She interupted me by attempting to resolve the situation but I told her that they are obviously are too busy and don't need the work and that I will just call someone else. Her reply? Ok, Goodbye!!!! Now, I can understand a landscaping business being busy in the spring time, but come on, enough is enough. What happened to the customer being number one? I blew a whole day off during the week waiting for this guy to show up and not even a phone call to say he'd be late or couldn't make it. Terrible P.R. I will move on to someone else.
