We supposedly had this problem fixed by another RV servicer. Quents did a thorough job of finding the problem and fixing it.

They are honest and give a good price. I have had some "professionalism" issues with Vanessa at the front desk, but it has all been resolved and wasn't significant. Mark is awesome. They want your work and you will be happy that you worked with them. I value their advice. They will tell you what you need to do, not what they want to sell you.

I took my 2001 Ford Explore in for service. I had a repeating problem of the car starting, but would not run. Two "Certified" mechanics from another service center, told me it was just the battery. After buying the best battery they had, The car started and ran, showing no signs of any problem. The next morning, the car repeated the problem. An acquaintence recommended "Quents". I took the car to them to run a diagnostic check on the electrical and fuel systems. The diagnostic revealed a "Theft" code. The mechanic said I just needed to replace the key. I found their direct approach to diagnosising a problem, impressive. They looked for the simplest answer first. then proceeded from there. I had Quents do a complete Tune up, which I knew was over due. They provided me with an estimate and did not attempt to sell me anything that was not needed. The tuneup was completed when promised and there were no "Surprises". "By the way, I now use my spare key"
