Upset with Christina. It's Monday morning and the bathroom work was finished on Thursday of last week. The pipes put in under the sink leak. I know nobody comes out on the weekend, but when I called Monday morning, no apology made (it's nice to hear I'm sorrry), no rush to get me in the same day I call, even though it's 10 minutes work if that. Mind you the work is leaking and I'm not a priority. Thinking 1st time customer, not spent much with Quandt? No, kitchen remodel and other bathroom sink and toilet put in. Just learning about senior discount, I'm older than dirt. Money I'll never get back.

They were excellent and were Johnny on the spot. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them.

They replied the same day, came the same day & found the leak & repaired it within 2 hrs. So pleasant & efficient.

He looked like he was dressed to go clubbing and not cleaning sewer drains. He made it clear that he would not park his truck on a side street and was obviously irritated about the parking situation. He insisted I move my vehicle to a side street so he could park in the space I had available for my vehicle. He was really quite rude about it. He dragged his equipment down into the basement and after some time I heard water (or liquid) splattering all over something plastic in the basement. The sound was unmistakable. After he left, I went into the basement. He did reasonably well with cleaning up the sewage around the first drain hole. Around the second drain hole everything was soaking wet from one wall to the other. I have luggage and bags that were ruined and will now have to be thrown out. I have storage totes that are clearly splattered with something brown, which I can only assume is sewage. On top of all THAT, three days later there is STILL raw sewage pushing up through the floor drains, so obviously the problem was never fixed. I have to call a THIRD plumber to fix this, which is absolutely ridiculous.

It went great. They came when I needed them and were very professional. The work that was done is top notch.

Options and recommendations were made. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Very professional and they even fixed a moving toilet with bolts sheared upon request which wasn't part of the original request, but when I mentioned it they said absolutely we can take care of that as well! Great service & quick!

Great teamwork between the 2 guys. Had it done in 1 hour.

Jason and a helper showed up when they said they would, they had all the tools needed and the new Water Heater, ready to go to work.  (This was the 5th Water Heater they had Installed that day!).  They had the new Water Heater installed and working in less than 2 hours.  Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about their craft.  Cleaned up after themselves and took the old Water Heater with them.  Very glad I chose Jason (Quandt Plumbing) to do the job.  Pleased with his work.  Thank you Jason!

Jason was responsive, prompt, professional and pleasant. This was an excellent experience. We are very satisfied.

Work was done quickly and professionally. When a new problem was discovered, it was impressive how promptly it was corrected. When he called the city to turn our water off or the drain cleaner to remove branches in the sewer pipes, they responded quickly. This showed me that they respected him.

Quandt Plumbing did an excellent job. The worker is very responsive, and if needed, he refers you to another near site service.

Jason is great! He has done several jobs for us and is always does a great job. He is also great at explaining what and why he does things.

Jason was wonderful. He is very professional and looks like a person who likes what he does. Very polite and attentive, easy to talk to.
He installed a gas heater in our garage (my husband's long time dream) and a gas piping to our wood fireplace. We are very satisfied with his work. A few weeks later I called him asking for help as my husband was out of town. It was in the evening, Jason just came home from work, I am sure he was tired and would prefer not to be bothered. But he came at once and helped me and didn't even charged anything. I gave him a box of chocolates for his kids. We are so lucky that he lives in our neighborhood. It is not easy to find a contractor who is proud of what he does and does it well.
