O'NEILL IS GREAT.
For a heating system which includes water (pipes in floors), he really understood the schematics of our home and how it worked. We purchased an 11 year old home that has in floor heat, plus forced air for heat/AC. The surprising part is that we initially had the initial installing company come out to tell us how to run the system and to set it for maximum efficiency upon purchasing the house. They seemingly had no clue and were unhelpful.
O'Neill was recommended to us for HVAC needs through a friend. Pat came out, evaluated the system, made some minor changes, and had our system running without issue. As homeowners of a house with a highly involved system, I would trust NO OTHER COMPANY in this area with our HVAC needs. Pat is professional, prompt, reasonable and honest.
Pat is not only our HVAC professional, but also our master plumber. I do have another review for him under "plumbers" as well.

Pat and his crew are exceptional in plumbing repair. They quickly diagnose the issue, and are thorough and complete. Further, they take the time to SHOW a homeowner what happened and answer all questions. To find an honest plumber is a gift. Pat and his crew are simply honest, respectful and thorough.

They were prompt. He got there really quickly and was very helpful and very honest. He didn't overcharge. Overall he did a great job. He was competitive in comparison to everything else I looked at.

They are very nice. They are straight shooters when it comes to the job. The job ended up taking about 3 hours. The job turned out bigger than I expected but they were able to handle it. They were able to come out within 24 hours and take care of this project. These people are very trustworthy. They really do good work. They took the time to explain every step of the job and they answered all of my questions.
