I first contacted Noffke lumber for a quote on a replacement window and spoke with Mike. He was very friendly and helpful. Jim contacted me with the quote and other information, he was very rude and unprofessional. When I called Noffke Lumber to place the order for the window, I was thankful I talked with Mike who was friendly and helpful. We are now having Mike help us with other quotes and projects we have around our house.
