Here is how it went, my message to them. 2622152538- I drove 2 hours for Jiffy and I got there and he had been adopted that morning. After several emails to you, I was told that if the dog is on the website that he is still available and to call before we left to make sure and they would hold for the driving time. I looked at website before we left and he was still on there. I called but nobody answered and I left a message saying I was leaving and to PLEASE call me so I am not making a wasted trip. Nobody called me back the whole time I was driving up there. On Petfinder it said the open adoption hours were 2-5:45 for all the days during the week. Also, whoever write your email said that. We were there at 2:30! This is from the email from you:"We open at 2-5:45 for first come first serve adoptions. The dogs just arrived last night at 1am from Kentucky they are still settling in we have not tested anyone yet. We can do that during meet and greets" Also from you: Watch the website if the dog is not on it means they have been adopted. You can call when you are leaving home to verify they are still available and we will hold for the amount of drive time. 4 hours of driving for nothing! Somebody should have called me back or emailed me!

We ended up getting two puppies, Miller & Pudge. Beautiful, well behaved, good tempered, dogs. Puppies through and through, and that's not unexpected. Miller came with a bit of a cough, but Jim (the owner) was quick to give us information and medication. The cough cleared up within about 2 weeks. Very happy we decided to stop in there.

These folks love dogs, know what they are doing and do it well. We have 3 dogs and bring every one of them to NEW Pawsabilities for one thing or another (day care, nail trims, boarding etc.) Have NEVER had a bad experience. They work tirelessly to find forever homes for dogs and cats, they do grooming, boarding and daycare and also sell some pretty unique cool things. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Excellent Service

I adopted a dog from this amazing animal rescue in Oshkosh. The dog is very healthy and happy. The rescue made sure she was up to date on shots and was spayed. The rescue is an amazing place. It is the cleanest, most friendly shelter I have ever been to. The dogs are all exercised everyday and have areas in which to play.They are doing an amazing job. They also have doggy daycare, boarding and grooming services which I will try soon.
