 + -1 moreMarx staff gave me all the information I needed over the phone, answering all of my questions. I then went to their business and purchased the filter I needed and they again answered all my questions and said to call back if I had any problems at all. I did indeed have a problem getting the filter into the casing so I returned to Marx where they installed the filter into the casing for me at no charge. This type of service is rare these days, especially since I was not an established customer. I highly recommend this this business based on my experience with them and I will definitely use them for my future heating and cooling needs!

 + -1 moreWe had used Marx Mechanical a couple of years ago to repair our furnace. They did a top notch job then, so when our central air conditioning didn't start up for the summer season we called Marx. They came out and inspected the situation thoroughly and determined that the compressor was not working. They checked out the electrical components (relays etc) and determined that the compressor was frozen. Sandy spent two days looking for a replacement compressor but in the end we went with a new complete system. The price as reasonable, the work professional and on time.
Description of Work: Inspected and replaced central air conditioning unit.
