Quality of windows and work were exceptional. I did my research on the windows, prior to having them installed, and the windows so far have surpassed my expectations.

Steve K. did not listen to my concerns about water leakage through my windows.  His quote only reflected part of the job we talked about (my dad also had the same conversation with him and was surprised that the rest of the work was not on the quote).  His guy shows up SIX WEEKS after the estimate was made and did the work while Steve sat watching him in an air conditioned car.  When they left I heard nothing from them - no one told me if the job was done or not.  When I called whoever answered the phone told me I'd have to talk to Steve directly.  He called back and told me all they did was what was on the contract.  To my knowledge neither Steve nor his worker checked any other windows except the two we already knew were faulty.  DO NOT USE LEUCKS!!!!  THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS!
