In a couple of weeks, we are having them install countertops and that is $3000. They are like a general contractor when it comes to the job; they schedule everything, they follow-up and they do everything and if you have a problem Lowe's is responsible for taking care of it. I as a consumer don't have to argue with the contractors directly, Lowe's will take care of it. I would recommend them for their customer service.

The experience was very good. The representative at the store was very helpful in getting me the best deal available. He was able to save me $300 by comparing some features of the stoves. He was very honest. They worked very well with the measurements that I brought in. They did a very good job.
