Last Construction

It went great. It was amazing. I have not received their final bill yet. They are very flexible and creative. We didn't have a solid design in mind and they helped us work on that. They were willing and encouraged me to go see different suppliers because we went with a composite for the deck and I really didn't know anything about composite decks. They encouraged me to check different things out so I would feel comfortable with my final choice. They're a really good company. They're usually average on price.

The most outstanding feature they had was their willingness to work with us, and the ideas that they provided. We told them what we wanted to do in the basement, they came up with their own suggestions, and they were willing to do the drawings and layouts for us. I wanted to stain the woodwork myself, and they were fine with that, it didn't bother them at all that I wanted to do that. They also worked around my dogs, and I have one dog that likes to steal tools, so that was quite interesting. They were partners, they showed up first thing in the morning, and they cleaned up after themselves every single day so that I didn't have to go down there and deal with the sawdust. They were just amazing. One of them would show up first thing in the morning, and the other partner would show up about forty five minutes later, so I wouldn't say their punctuality was excellent.
