We needed to reschedule and they were so accommodating. This was close to the Thanksgiving holiday so it was just great service for us. They did everything so professionally.

Ed with Floorquest was very helpful and was able to custom order the flooring I wanted. The installers were prompt and professional and covered every detail. I would use Floorquest again.

The process was good. It went well. They were really good with following up and calling ahead. They have good communication and they were flexible with giving us different types of carpeting.

Desiree and the entire staff at Floor Quest were very pleasent to work with. When they came to our house to measure for the Carpet they gave us suggestions on what color to choose and answered all of our questions on the installation process. Once our Carpet arrived, a prompt call made to us confirmed the installation date.
The Caret Installers were professional, clean, and very friendly. They completed most of the job in one day and had to come back to finish the stairs the next day. It looks fantastic! I even noticed that they placed a cardboard under their Van (must of had an oil leak). I would not hesitate to go back to Floor Quest....the selection of materials is vast! We initailly found Carpet at another retailer and when we went to Floor Quest, Desiree made a call and was able to get the same Carpet (even though it was not what we ended up selecting).
The only downside after our Carpet install was that we could not use our Dyson Vacuum on our new Carpet:( The installers even tried to push it and said that it would be easier to push a truck up a hill than to push the Vacuum.

Great job I can't even see that the carpet was repaired.

My overall experience with them was good. Installers are the ones that make the company look really good, and they were like a subcontractor for them. It was expensive as they did carpeting for the entire house. It was a positive experience by all means, nothing negative. I would use them again.
