I wad disappointed in the quality of the work and the promises not kept. When quoting the job, Nick promised that the whole house would be pressure washed, the loose paint scraped, and the bare spots primed. We were not home when the work tookplace, but we found out llater that the house was only spot cleaned and very little loose paint was scraped. There were a lot of paint bubbles that were not scraped that appear when it is warm outside. Other promises not kept: painting the eave troughs and other difficult to reach trim, painting the window trim with a semi gloss paint rather than the same flat paint used on the rest of the house, painting a small detached out building that matches the house, and completing the work prior to out family reunion in early June. I guess that I am somewhat to blame because I signed a contract that didn't explicitly contain all of the promises that I was made. A crew did come back to fix most of the loose paint bubbles. From what we heard from relatives and neighbors, the crew that did the work was pleasant, we'll mannered, and kept the area clean.
