It was excellent! Their clean up was surprisingly good. Everyday they were here, they cleaned up.

First contacted Kitchen Specialists in May to quote our project. They made some nice suggestions to enhance our project. We got a quote within a couple of days and we got them the down payment towards the end of May. About 5 weeks later, they called to schedule the installation. The install included removing existing countertops, sink/disposal, and old cabinets around the refrigerator. We also moved on existing cabinet to a new wall—looks great; like it was always there. We went with a Wilson Art top and integrated sink. The new cabinets around our refrigerator maximized the wall space and match our existing cabinets really well. The plumbers came back the next day to install the faucet and garbage disposal (we bought the faucet and disposal at a local home improvement store). The plumbers were contracted through Kitchen Specialists, and there was a little question at first about payment (we paid for plumbing in our quote) but that was easily resolved. There were some times we had questions like who gets the building permit or some finish details. It would take a while to get a response back to what we thought were simple questions. For a low cost upgrade, we are really happy with the finished project. Looks great and maximized available cabinet space.
