CARPETLAND

Provider came and measure and explained things well.  Our issue was with the worker who laid our vinyl.  He was rude and stated he would have to put white caulking around the edges when our floor was brown.  I requested him to find a different color and he stated it would be extra.  We also had several wrinkles in our floor.  I complained to the company.  He came back with a grudge and put brown caulking around and got some of the wrinkles out.  We had such a bad experience that I thought the company should know.  I complain again by walking into the store.  They asked if I wanted him to come back.  I did not want him to come back into our house because he was rude.  They gave me a small section of vinyl molding  to replace what the worker failed to replace.  I was disappointed with their service after I went out of my way to let them know that their worker was not professional.  To this day we still have wrinkles in our floor.

They were awesome workers. I have never had two workers who have done such an amazing job as these two. The stuck around and helped me put in extra molding. They were so pleasant and polite and did such an amazing job that I contacted the company after the job was finished to commend them. The only problem I had was with Carpetland’s supplier in Chicago, not Carpetland, because the supplier wanted to hold the carpet until they had enough orders to stockpile and ship all at once because they do not like to ship individual orders. They ended up contacting the supplier and getting my carpet there that same day and were very apologetic and even stuck around afterwards to help me move all of my furniture back in place. They went above and beyond service.
