Aaron drilled a hole in the foundation and flooded my home. No cancellation policy he Cost me 3 new sump pumps and 2 furnaces so far. Aaron abandoned the job and won’t call for when he is coming. Therefore his work has no insurance to cover the damages.

They were on time and hardworking.  They removed the clay from the outside of the home.  waterproofed, new drain tile, insulated, backfilled with gravel, put a protective layer over gravel and then filled in with top soil.  On the inside I had the Ibeams installed every 3 feet.  The job was well done!

I feel it went very well, they had 4 people and the whole job was done in one day.  I will suggest that if someone is thinking of having this done, go to Walmart and get those large plastic tarps for a couple of bucks and put over everything in the basement.  There is a lot of dust that rises out of hammering out the old concreate.  They hauled away all the extra soil, old concreate and whater ever else of supplies they used.  Take up any nice rugs and be sure to ready the basement in the area they will need to work.

Area Waterproofing Business card was at the Building Dept desk at Menards.Called Mark, the owner who lives 3 mi west of us for an appt. Mark came over within 45 min., it was at the end of the day. Received his estimate, and discussed in detail. Compared Mark's estimate with 2 others I had, and talked to my home construction contractor. Mark then offered to show me work he was doing in Neenah. I visited that home with the homeowners there, talked to them about why they needed it done and why they choose Mark. I was then shown another home a couple houses away that  Mark was going to work on next. A few days later after more questions and discussions with others we signed a contract with Mark.They started within the time frame they said. I was home for most of the work. Took them about 2 -3 days and were very professional. did everything that they were supposed to plus added good topsoil to area where hole was, and where equipment was sitting and driving on. 

Couple days later, I noticed tiny drip from the inside foundation on a small crack that was not seen before. Two of Mark's employees came over two days later and repaired that crack at no charge.

Am very please with work done, owners attitude and response time . Crew was exceptional and professional. Would highly recommend them.

After two weeks where we couldn't park in our driveway because the concrete frame was in place and there was gravel everywhere, we called and asked when they would pour the concrete. Mark proceeded to yell at me for 3.5 minutes, and he was a little confused/surprised (it seemed like to me) when I calmly told him that we would see him later and said goodbye. This is called verbal abuse-I have had prior experience with it. This guy is immature, irresponsible, and just plain rude and future customers should know that.
