From what I remember everything went well with the complete installation. Dave did a great job.

He is awesome. What we like best about him is that there are several numbers that we can call, and he is very responsive. If I call first thing in the morning, he will try his best to get out here the same day. The furnace upstairs has a pipe that runs down through the garage into the basement, and once in winter it froze. It backed up and blew out the pilot light, and we had no heating in the house. He came over, and he is just amazingly responsive. He didn't say that there was a second furnace for the first floor, and we should use that floor until he could come the next day. He is more of the kind of guy that if I have a problem, he gets here as soon as he can. His prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to everyone else, and he likes dogs. If he can work around my dogs, he is a good guy.
