 + -1 moreFrom what I remember everything went well with the complete installation. Dave did a great job.
Description of Work: Dave Andresen is the HVAC man for me. My house was built in the 1970's when there was a memorandum on natural gas. The only heat we had when we bought the house was electric and a wood burner. We had to pay the gas company to pipe the natural gas to the house and contracted Andresen Heating and Cooling to install both heating and A/C units from that point. In our opinion he did an excellent job. He completed the job in a timely manner. He was neat and professional in appearance and attitude. He was clean in the house. We were very happy with the installation and operation of both the heating and air conditioning units. When ever I have had a question or situation with either heating or A/C unit I gave Dave a call and, as his schedule allowed, it was dealt with promptly. I am comforted in the fact that Dave Andresen is an honest man and has integrity. I have even acquired his services for my Dad's house in another city. I had complete trust that he would take care of every situation quickly and honestly......even when I wasn't watching him....which was all the time because I was at my job.

 + -1 moreHe is awesome. What we like best about him is that there are several numbers that we can call, and he is very responsive. If I call first thing in the morning, he will try his best to get out here the same day. The furnace upstairs has a pipe that runs down through the garage into the basement, and once in winter it froze. It backed up and blew out the pilot light, and we had no heating in the house. He came over, and he is just amazingly responsive. He didn't say that there was a second furnace for the first floor, and we should use that floor until he could come the next day. He is more of the kind of guy that if I have a problem, he gets here as soon as he can. His prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to everyone else, and he likes dogs. If he can work around my dogs, he is a good guy.
Description of Work: We have been using Andresen Heating & Cooling for our heating and air conditioning maintenance for at least five years. The last time he came out was to replace one of our air conditioners.
