I wouldn't trust Osceola Plumbing to put the lid on my coffee cup. Our new build leaked water STRAIGHT THROUGH THE DRAIN CAP INTO OUR SUBFLOOR AND BASEMENT ON DAY 1. This was then followed by our new hot water heater malfunctioning. Un-Lucky us, the emergency number isn't for emergencies, and ALL of our direct calls to the owner have gone unanswered. Today my wife went to grab cleaning supplies from under the kitchen sink, to find the cleaning bucket full of water from the sink connector with less than one thread of engagement! Guess when you're the only game in town you're the best. Save yourself the headache and hire a real professional.

I'm having bathroom fan issues in both my bathrooms and need to get them fixed. So I was looking at local plumbing and heating businesses to get the job done. I looked these guys up in the phone book. The representative on the phone was dry and made the call uncomfortable. After asking to set an appointment for them to come into my home a week prior, their response was we'll call you next Tuesday to see if we can fit you in, no 8 to noon or such but to sit around all day and wait for that phone call. As most people I don't have time to sit around waiting for a phone call all day. They did in fact call, however I wasn't home. I didn't get the message till after they closed. I called back the following day asking if we can set an appt for an actual time. Once again I got the guy on the phone that made speaking to him difficult at best. He informed me they did call for my appt yesterday and I missed it. I said to him my time is worth something too and if you prefer me to go else where I will and have to problems doing so. He then put me on hold for about 2 mins then came back and said they can't get me in this week and I might want to go find someone else that could do the work for me. I thanked him and hung up. I am all about using local companies in small towns but I will never ever call this second rate business again. They don't want my business they won't get it.
