Our car sprang an anti-freeze leak while out of state. After taking the car to a reputable shop there, Randy's Auto in Denver, they estimated over $1600 of repairs needed. We ended up taking some anti-freeze along and drove back home to deal with the slow leak. Denny's looked over the issue thoroughly, called us with an estimate and ordered the necessary replacement parts. Unfortunately the distributor in Milwaukee sent the wrong size coupler for the new radiator so our repair got delayed another day. The neat thing is that Denny could have jerry-rigged some kluge of a connection and sent us on our way. Instead he hung in there, got the distributor to reship the right parts and did not charge us any extra over the estimate $600. Car now runs great!

We were able to get our vehicle scheduled within a couple days of our initial call. The work was completed in the time Denny quoted us. Denny was very informative when we picked up the car. My husband is an ASE Certified Master Technician but does not work in a shop anymore. Denny respects my husband's knowledge, and they talk about the repairs before and after. Others with whom I have spoken have also appreciated Denny's willingness to talk to them about their vehicles.

Denny and those working for him have always been friendly and professional. He takes the time to listen to the complaint and explain the failure. Our vehicles have always been completed on time. I have recommended this shop to family and friends because I know they will be treated fairly and with respect.
