AFTER ARRANGING FOR THE ELECTRICIAN TO SHOW ON AN AGREED DATE, THE ELECTRICIAN WAS FORCED TO CALL ME THREE TIMES TO CANCEL AS THE PROJECT MANAGER HAD BIGGER, HIGHER PAYING JOBS FOR HIM TO DO. THE ELECTRICIANS DO GREAT WORK, BUT THE FRONT OFFICE HAS LITTLE REGARD FOR THE SMALL JOBS AND HAS NO PROBLEM INCONVENIENCING THE LITTLE GUYS. NOW, MONTHS LATER, I ARRANGED AGAIN FOR THE SAME ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL RECESSED LIGHTING IN THE DROP CEILING. THE DATE WAS ALL SET AND GUESS WHAT? I GET A CALL FROM THE ELECTRICIAN WHO TELLS ME HE WAS ONCE AGAIN YANKED TO GO INSTALL PARKING LOT LIGHTS. UNLESS YOU ARE BUILDING A HIGH-RISE, DON'T EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE A REAL CUSTOMER.
