Price quoted was the priced billed; installation crew helpful and friendly and put up with our annoying dog. No complaints at all--the only mild complaint was our not receiving a phone call to confirm their appointment but I attribute this to their low key approach.

Brad Tarkenton was superb! Installed the furnace the day after I called ,and the price was great compared to other estimates I had received. Will definitely have them service the furnace in the future.

Tarkenton treats us as valued customers. They are knowledgeable, dependable, and responsive to our needs. Also, it's reassuring to know Tarkenton HVAC isn't changing hands and/or employees. All in all, we've been pleased and will continue using the services of Tarkenton Brothers for all of our Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

The estimate was pretty comparable to other ones we had received. The one thing that concerned me was that I didn’t get an estimate for how much the actual service was going to cost. It was a little difficult to compare it to the other ones, but it seemed to be in line. I did not get as much information as I would have liked. The estimate wasn’t for the hours that they’d be working and the charges for the parts and everything. I had trouble scheduling as well. I used someone else to get the work done.

They are prompt, on time and stick with their estimates. They work very cleanly and do a great job.

I have been using their services for about a year. They provide fast and punctual service. I think their prices are fair. They are easy to work with and are very responsive.
