It was great! We really like them. I think they were excellent. They were prompt, pleasant, very professional, very good, and very quick. They did a good job. I didn't received the bill yet but in my past experiences to them, their price is "A" for me.

Electrician was on time, friendly, and efficient. Got the job done. This was our first experience with Searl, and we will use them again.

The estimate went well and I thought that all was understood. On the day of installation the person arrived a little late, but not by too much. He went to work and drilled several holes in the floor joists as is to be expected and ran new wires for the outlets and mounted a new outlet in the work area for the 20 amp service. He had to call me at work to get the instructions for where to mount the bath fan and we had to workout how it would be vented since there was an issue as to the first direction that it was to go. He ran the wires to the bathroom, but did not hook anything up. He did a little cleaning up, but still left a lot of wood shavings from all the drilling that was needed. He did not run the venting for the bathroom fan as I thought was part of the quote and he did not complete with wiring of the bath fan. When I came time to install the breakers he discovered that they needed to be modified just a little so that they would work with the older box that was already installed. The breakers are no longer made for this box.

Everything went really good. They were very punctual and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. The only place they didn't really clean up was in the basement, but it wasn't too bad. They're very friendly and very informative. They explained everything to me and I think that was really important, so that made up for the little bit of mess that they left.
